You know how in elementary school you often trace your hand, make it a turkey, and write things you're thankful for on each finger? Well, I consider this a tradition for me. I still trace my hand and add feathers and a face to it and write the things I'm thankful for. This year, however, I broke off of the typical five things to write on my turkey hand. The palm is covered in little notes and scribbles of the things I'm most thankful for, for example:
-My family (Every single member and the things they teach me and help me with)
-Jesus Christ and his Atonement
-Friends (and the fun and crazy things we do together, and for always being there for me)
-Temples (so my family can be together forever!)
-The Plan of Salvation (knowing I'll see my mom again)
-School (days off school, as well :) )
-Seasons and their individual beauties
- Life and the experiences it brings
-Trials
-Sleep
-All the needs of life that are provided for me
(and so on, and so forth)
HAPPY THANKSGIVING TOMORROW!!!
"Dig in and stuff your faces!" ... name that movie!
