Write For Me, and Read My Book!

My English professor, Dr. S, wrote the textbook we are using for my 1010 class. His philosophy on writing is so inspiring, it makes me feel good, like I can write about whatever I want and won't be criticized for it. I listen attentively during class for that reason, and other times it's because he always reviews the chapter we were supposed to read, which I most likely didn't do :) Aside from this teacher side of him he has his quirks, mostly in his physical appearance. He is tall, has parted gray hair, wears big glasses, and has an accent he says he got in Illinois (I don't know how people from Illinois speak.) His clothing choice usually consists of jeans and a nice suit coat, but other times I can't help but to laugh to myself. The other day he wore jeans, and a plaid shirt with a bollo tie. Over top that, he was wearing a khaki corduroy jacket, and as his footwear............................. black socks with brown sandals!
