There was no negative report from my mom's Smear. That's a plus. When she went in today, her platelets were still around the same as they were last week, but the doctor decided she REALLY needs to get chemo. She can feel her intestines growing to be more and more closed with cancer. So, today they took a risk and went ahead. It was a low dosage drip, but at least they could get some in. Now we'll have to see how much lower her platelets drop after this one chemo treatment.
SNOW! It sucks when you wanna look cute, but you have to wear a hoodie and a coat instead. And then... you have to walk across campus while it's blowing in your face. Even an umbrella couldn't prevent my hair from getting wet and going frizzy, and my shoes were completely soaked through. Wet socks, are the worst feeling in the world.
Today in philosophy there was a moment of silence. Awkward silence. The kid in the hat always makes angry faces at me as he makes fun of me, haha, so I accused him of hating me amidst his list of things to hate: "I hate this class, I hate philosophy, I hate tests..." "You hate me!" He just laughed it off, but the other kid I sit next to spoke up. "You know, he's probably just fitting the stereotype of a guy liking a girl, but coming off as angry or hating you." The kid in the hat turned red and put his head down. Uh... "Well, this is awkward." It was funny though...
Facebook notifications. At this time of day I had 14. They all said Happy Birthday.
The most perfect advertisement on YouTube I heard for today said this: "Miracle Whip is like a party in my mouth. It's in my mouth. And everyone's going to be there." :)
