I had my last few hours with "Joe" on Monday to say goodbye and whatnot. After that short and glorious little relationship we had, I think I'm done dating like that for a while... it was an overload of romance in not much time. I mean, it was great and everything, I don't regret it in the least bit, but for now, I need a break.
I've really enjoyed the girls' nights that I had when "Joe" was always gone. I had deviated from girls' nights in high school, because I liked guys' company more, I guess, but now I realize that being able to open up and say whatever in detail (it is required in girls' company, guys don't really care) is really nice, it lifts burdens.
